You deserve the heartfelt support you need to eat, rest, nurture and thrive in early parenthood.

Hiiiiii! I’m Paige and I’m a certified postpartum* doula, Integrative Infant Sleep Specialist, mother’s cook, and soon-to-be Certified Nutrition Consultant, specializing in supporting fertility, pregnancy, postpartum* and babies through holistic nutrition.

I became a mama in 2022 and I GET how hard it is to thrive as a new mother/parent under the deeply unsupportive systems that so many of us in the west live within. I have felt the immense overwhelm of being a hungry, exhausted millennial mama stuck in a freeze state, consuming all the information on the internet. I have also felt the moments of peace and huge love that come with being in my own intuition and deep knowing in this phase of life. I wish so much more of the latter on new families. I know more joy, confidence and integration become possible with aligned HUMAN support and opportunities to remember what feel right in our very own bodies.

I come to this work because I believe that nourished, enCOURAGEd, soft-hearted mamas/parents in their power can change our communities for the better. Matrescence is a deep space of ending, beginning and forced redirects that has the potential to transform our lives and the lives around us so beautifully, especially when we are held. Let’s work together to make your maternal thresholds and mundane moments as beautiful as you want them to be.

*I subscribe to the notion that postpartum is forever, so we might as well start it off by wholeheartedly befriending it and flowing within it.

Cosmic Stew.

FAQs

  • A doula is non-medical professional (a generalist), who provides physical, emotional and informational support for others during significant life transitions.

  • I offer holistic infant and toddler sleep support for families who want to remain rooted in connection and deep nurture day and night. I am trained in body-based infant sleep and I aim to help parents flow with biologically normal infant sleep. I can lightly screen for red flags and refer out when I’m out of my own scope. I offer counsel around circadian rhythm, sleep hygiene, safe sleep setups and help set realistic expectations for parents to bring more peace and ease to this short, but intense period of infancy (neurological infancy spans years 0-3).

  • We used to step into new parenthood held by a village. In today’s society so many parents are without that village for so many reasons. When experience these transitions without support can feel disheartening and HARD (heck, it’s hard with support sometimes). A postpartum doula can fill in some of the gaps with care and provide guidance and love in the tender period surrounding birth. This kind of support can ripple out for years to come, setting a family up for intentional bonding and planting the seeds for lasting nourishment and resilience.

  • Ideally we meet during pregnancy and see if we’re a good fit! If we feel good about working together, we’ll get our contract signed and start scheduling our prenatal visit! For a full package we will have a nice prenatal support session. I'll be in your back pocket for text support the whole time we are in contract with each other. Then after the momentous occasion of birth I’m there for in-house bespoke care. We communicate about what feels needed and lovely. I’ll make sure everyone is held, nourished and given space to rest and process all the newness. When our time together comes to a close, we’ll make sure you feel armed with the tools you need to move forward in your parenting journey with confidence and resilience.

  • Absolutely! Gifting postpartum care is a beautiful way to be of support to the new parents in your life. I will still want to interview and sign a contract with families, receiving care, but it is totally possible to arrange to cover services for loved ones. *My services make a great addition to a baby registry!

  • Please reach out and open up a dialogue! I am intentional in charging what feels sustainable for my energetic and operational costs as a business owner and mama…AND I am always open to making considerations and making sure those who need support receive what they need.

Testimonials

  • Paige's warm and inviting presence translates into the dishes she makes. After delivering my first son, I lost much blood and was anemic and fragile. Paige knew exactly what to cook to nurse me back to health so I could focus on my new baby. From protein-packed lentil soup to lactation balls and nettle tea for breastfeeding, there was so much thought and care put into everything she made. She is truly magical and I would recommend her to anyone looking to be nourished and delighted.

  • Authentic nourishment is getting increasingly harder to come by in this world. When I found myself navigating the brutal and beautiful pieces of becoming a new parent for the second time the level of depletion across every aspect of my life was extraordinary. Paige's calm confidence, unique ability to read a room, deep knowledge and skill with all things postpartum were a lifesaver. She was able to support us through multiple stages of parenthood with delicious and comforting meals, as well as invaluable counsel and advice. The cherry on top was her network and ability to identify other experts we could add to our team when issues would arise. When my best friend had her baby I gifted her time with Paige, that gift ended up being life saving. She is truly an incredible practitioner that will help you find your peace and presence. We feel so incredibly fortunate to have her in our corner.
